He graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor's degree in finance. John has specialized in qualified plan administration and has extensive experience in the real estate and title fields. In addition to owning and operating TrueTitle, John has successfully managed other businesses in the pension administration field. John specializes in marketing and customer service.

MICHELE L. BRADLEY Vice President With over 13 years experience, Michele, as Vice Pesident, manages the critical day to day operations. She has worked in the title and escrow business specializing in construction, coventional and commercial transactions.

MARY ANN FINNEGAN Title Officer Since 1972, Mary Ann has worked in all facets of the title industry and has previously managed a title company. Mary Ann oversees the service department and quality control.

JENNIFER EMERSON Escrow Officer Jennifer is an experienced escrow officer. Currently working on FHA, VA, and conventional transactions, Jennifer is here to make your transaction as smooth as possible. Understanding that your time is important, Jennifer schedules your appointment at your convenience.

MELISSA RIVERA Escrow Officer Since 1988, Melissa has worked extensively in all aspects of the escrow industry. She currently handles all of our new construction transactions, as well as government and equity transactions.

TIM RUSSELL Examiner As a veteran title examiner, Tim oversees our Cuyahoga County exams. Tim comes to us with over 26 years experience and a can do attitude.

CHERYL L. DROZDOWSKI Title Officer Cheryl comes to us with over 25 years of experience. She is currently handling all of the property profiles as well as assisting in the service department.

The Rest of The Staff The rest of the staff of TrueTitle Agency, Inc. is comprised of various "behind the scenes" people, including escrow assistants, service personnel, and typists. Part of their duties include obtaining payoffs, scheduling closings, disbursement of funds, preparation of property profiles, typing of policies and commitments, and most importantly, the speedy delivery of your recorded documents and title insurance.
